    If you are having trouble accessing the Space Calendar:

     

    Firewalls:Some users who access the Calendar from behind a firewall may be unable to load graphics or may receive other error messages. If this happens please consult your firewall software documentation or contact your system adminstrator to adjust the settings.

    Problems with Acrobat: If you are using Acrobat version 5.0 and receive error messages, you may need to deselect the "allow fast web view" option. To do this: Select

    • EDIT from the task bar menu
    • Select PREFERENCES, then GENERAL...
    • Select OPTIONS
    • Make sure that the "Allow fast web view" box is NOT checked.
