Michael Ross' New Book on Lunar Development Goes 'From Footprints to Blueprints.' Aeronautical and mechanical engineer Michael Ross of Toronto, Canada brings his uniquely suited dual capabilities to an in-depth examination of how commercial success might be found on the lunar surface in his new book, From Footprints to Blueprints: Development of the Moon, and Private Enterprise. Ross states, "The book addresses how private enterprise / entrepreneurs can take advantage of the Moon's unique environment to create projects that are profit making ventures and which the book suggests are within the resources and expertise of private enterprise."
